Matt started his first company at the age of 17 showing his entrepreneurial spirit early in life. That first company grew into a successful landscaping company with twenty-eight employees before being sold. In 2001, Matt began his journey into home construction in Georgia and later became a licensed contractor in the state of Florida in 2023. Over the 23+ years projects have ranged in value from $250k to $4 million and sizes over 14,000 sq. ft. During his journey Matt has built a vast network of resources and a strong understanding of efficient business practices that he continually uses at Johnston Homes as well as other business endeavors.
