Brendan Walsh has been involved in home construction since he was a child. His father, a homebuilder, taught Brendan to swing a hammer as soon as he could walk. After graduating from college, he started his career as a project manager with Ryan Homes.

After several years with the firm, he ventured out on his own to form Lehigh Development. Brendan earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction with a focus on Real Estate and Land Development at Virginia Tech. Brendan and his wife, Kendyl, have three young children (who soon also will be swinging hammers). In his spare time, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and trips to the Isle of Palms. Brendan was recently named the Young Professional of the Year, by the Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau, he also serves on the Design Review Board for the City of Roswell, coaches multiple sports team’s for Roswell Youth Sports Program, and is involved with the mentor program at Roswell North Elementary.
