Deborah Cook has 17 years’ experience in the new homes industry working with industry leaders. After accruing valuable experience and insight as a mortgage broker in the late 80’s, Deborah turned her focus to new home sales and found her perfect niche. Deborah worked her way through the ranks from sales associate to Division Manager. She has won many awards including Division Sales Agent of the year in 2003 and Division wide Sales Agent of the year in 2004. She joined New Home Services [NHS] approximately 5 years ago. She is a member of The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, National Builder Marketing Services, the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council and NAMAR. Active in the real estate community, Deborah understands the business from the builder point of view as well as the agent and consumer perspective. Deborah displays astute savvy when critiquing floor plans, developing marketing positioning and designating agent profiles for each assignment.
Deborah is currently working on projects such as community and product analysis, staff management, staff training and defining product and features for the new home market. She successfully handles each and every new assignment with confidence and enthusiasm. Under her excellent example, she and her team were successful in completing $52 million in sales in a period of 9 months – half of the projected time. An asset to New Homes Services, Deborah displays a strong work ethic, sets an excellent example for her team and sees to it that she and her staff are always up to date on the latest sales training techniques.
